Editing and Post Production Supervision

Nick McCahearty is Angry Man Pictures award-winning in house editor and head of post production, he has worked in the industry for over 15 years. He is professional with an in-depth working knowledge of the whole post-production process from off and on-line editing on the latest Final Cut Pro and Avid Media Composer Adrenaline HD systems, to animation, titles, 2D and 3D effects, sound design, grading and web formatting and streaming.

He has developed detailed workflows for Final Cut and Avid using a multitude of formats, most recently developing 4K Red Camera workflows for Avid and Final Cut. Angry Man Pictures has the practical understanding and confidence needed to manage the latest HD and tapeless production tools to deliver the most time and cost efficient workflows while delivering the very best images.

Sound Design and Mixing

The selecting, cutting and editing of dialogue and sound effects to match and enhance the visual image is an integral part of post production process.

From recording voice-over to picture, then exported as an OMFi or MP3, and tracklaying, mixing (stereo to 5.1.), ADR and foley using the very latest technology, we provide the full range of audio post services. Film Score

Our composers are trained in music composition, performance, orchestration and technology. They can create a unique score that will make your film have a distinct atmosphere which will complement and add to the visuals of the production.  Our composers also have an extensive library of original scored music which can provide smaller budget productions with the benefit of a unique piece of royalty free music at a competative price.
